Expat staffing is the recruitment of expatriates, expatriate staff, expat employers or expat contractors. Expat staffing is defined as companies specializing in expatriates. Expat employers are from multinational organizations and expat staff may be foreign nationals. Expatriate contractors are third country nationals working for expatriates of the expat employer. The expat contractor may also be called a Third Country National (TCN) elsewhere in this expatriate staffing article.
